摘要
本文设计了一种人力香菇菌袋扎透气孔的机械装置,具有孔距均匀,操作简单,最好采用人力操作,可满足对小机械加工作坊对香菇菌袋扎透气加工的生产需要。该机主要由脚踏动力、滑轮组、导向装置、插针、机架组成。该机工作时,手动将菌袋放进套筒,然后踩动脚踏,即可将扎针插进菌袋操作,采用杠杆原理,具有操作简单,省力特点。本文主要分析了香菇菌袋扎孔机的工作原理,并对主要零部件进行了设计计算。

Abstract
This paper designs a steel nails auto-lined machine which can realize fully automated production, the machine mainly includes feeding device, driving system, orienting device, arranging mechanism and a rack. When it works, the feeding device will separate steel nails one by one onto the conveyor belt separation based on the electromagnetic vibration principle; The motor transfers power to the drum through reducer and chain transmission, the rotary drum drive the conveyor to achieve steel nails movement; the directional device achieve the directional movement of nails through the magnetic stripes magnetic steel nail directional principle; push nail device achieve the auto arrange of nails using PLC technology, inductive proximity switches and cylinder arrangement to, use the method of electromagnets fixed together with the cylinder piston rod to exclude the nails that do not meet the requirements. This paper mainly analyzes the working principle of the directional devices and arranging mechanism, and Carries out the design calculations of main components.
