大众朗逸五档变速器的设计研究
摘要
本课题对大众朗逸5挡手动变速器进行设计,掌握手动变速器的工作原理,并对手动变速器轴和齿轮进行设计。首先通过对既有变速器的研究,了解变速器的设计思路和设计要点。本课题重点在于5挡手动变速器的设计。主要内容为齿轮的设计计算及校核,轴的设计计算及校核和使用Autocad绘制二维图纸。在齿轮设计中,要考虑到传动比的关系和齿轮强度的因素,使其满足要求。在轴的设计方面,主要考虑到轴的尺寸和强度刚度因素,使其满足要求。

Abstract
This topic designs Honda manual transmission with 5 gears, grasps the working principle of manual transmission, and designs the shaft and gear of manual transmission. First of all, through the study of the existing transmission, understand the design ideas and design points of the transmission. This topic focuses on the design of the 5 speed manual transmission. The main contents are the design, calculation and verification of gears, the design, calculation and verification of shaft, and the use of Autocad to draw two-dimensional drawings. In gear design, the relationship between gear ratio and gear strength should be taken into account, so as to meet the requirements. In terms of shaft design, the size and stiffness of the shaft are mainly taken into account to satisfy the requirements.
