圆柱滑块加工工艺规程制定及铣平面专用夹具设计
摘要
本次课程设计研究的是圆柱滑块的工艺规程及对于铣平面工序的夹具设计。本次课程设计通过对圆柱滑块进行零件分析、工艺路线、定位与夹紧方案的确定来独自设计夹具满足圆柱滑块定位的需求。本次课程设计完成后,我们可以学到如何对某一零件进行工艺规程的设计和对某一零件进行夹具设计,很大程度地增加了我自主设计的经验和信心。《机械制造技术基捶是本专业十分重要的基础课程,本次课程设计也能充分体现我们对于课程知识的掌握程度及自主设计夹具的能力。
Abstract
This course is designed to study the process specification of cylindrical slider and the fixture design for plane milling process. In this course design, the fixture is designed independently to meet the requirements of positioning the cylindrical slider by analyzing the parts, determining the process route, positioning and clamping scheme of the cylindrical slider. After the design of this course is completed, we can learn how to design a process specification for a part and a fixture for a part, greatly increasing our experience and confidence in independent design. "Fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology" is a very important basic course for this major. This course design can also fully reflect our mastery of course knowledge and our ability to independently design jigs.
