摘要:本着节省材料、成本低廉、安全简易、效率高的原则,立足于高炉上料卷扬机机械机构的设计与研制,完成的基本工作如下:通过对国内外技术调查取样分析,为装置关键部件和试验研究等层面提供了性能依据,在经过理论的指导合理的设计出机械装置的结构,主要设计包括有结构设计,强度校核等,通过对各工作部件的理论分析,进而对高炉上料卷扬机的性能作出优化设计,本设计就传统的卷扬机说起,一直到现在以及将来的发展。

Abstract: On the principle of saving materials, low cost, safe and simple, and high efficiency, the text is based on the design and development of the mechanical mechanism of the blast furnace hoist. The basic work is as follows: through sampling and analysis of domestic and foreign technical investigations, it is the key to the equipment. The parts and test research provide the performance basis. After the theoretical guidance, the structure of the mechanical device is designed reasonably. The main design includes structural design, strength check, etc., through theoretical analysis of each working part, and then on the blast furnace. The performance of the material winch is optimized, and the design is based on the traditional winch, which has been developed until now and in the future.
