摘要
由于蔬菜原料自身特性差异很大,选择清洗工艺和配套的清洗设备时会受到很大的限制,所以各种蔬菜原料的清洗设备有显着差别。荷藕属生鲜食品,是根茎类蔬菜,其主要成分是水和有机物,在一定条件下能保持生物活性,同时也是一类很易受外界物理、化学影响的脆弱物质。清洗蔬菜既要保持其品质不受损害,又要去除附着其上的杂质,使之达到卫生标准的要求。荷藕是一种外形很不规则的蔬菜,整根藕一般由3节组成,每节藕的不同部位尺寸均不同,因此在设计荷藕清洗机时对荷藕几何尺寸进行统计分析是十分必要的。
按照设计要求参考相关资料,初步确定清洗机的各项参数。荷藕清洗机采用了喷淋式清洗,喷嘴采用全方位均布的方式,较好的解决了荷藕清洗洗净率的问题。但是该机型仍存在最优解的问题,可以通过试验,对新型喷淋式莲藕清洗机进行了结构参数优化,对改进后的莲藕清洗机进行了清洗加工试验,得出:清洗效率有了明显的提高,更能满足设计的要求。

Abstract
on account of the great differences of the vegetable's identity,it will restrict a lot when to choose the cleanout technics and matched cleanout equipment,so there are great differences in cleanout equipments of the vegetable material. lotus root , raw and delicious ,belongs to the genus rhizome and its basis is water and organism,which can keep the organisms living in some conditions but also is vulnerable substance in the physical and chemical influence. when cleaning the vegetable , the impurity with it should be clear up and its character should not be damaged so that it will come up to the standard. lotus root is a kind of the vegetable with a anomalistic externality, generally making up of three nodes that have different sizes in different parts. Accordingly,it is necessary to make statistical analysis in designing the lotus root cleanout machine.
according to the design request and related information, the parameter is preliminarily made out. In the cleaning machine of vibration spray type, the nozzles are fixed in an omnidirectional mode so that it solves the problem of the extent of cleaning out. But the problem of the prior resolvent still exists in this kind of machine. So we optimize the structure parameter in the cleaning machine of vibration spray type and perform experiments on the improved machine. We can get the conclusion from the experiments that the extent of cleaning is improved obviously and it is absolutely meet the demand.
