座式焊接变位机
摘要
在我国经济快速发展的今天,焊接用变位机的发展也得到了前所未有的发展,在近几年的发展中,不同种类的变位机层出不穷,给工人的工作工件平带来了便捷式的发展。在目前的焊接用设备的生产和制造上,不断的机械化的生产的背景下,在传统的使用手动的方式进行变位大的形势,工作的效率是比较低的、而且在操作上存在的困难,使得买变位机的经济划算的存在,还在变位上节省时间。本次设计的的变位机,适用于在焊接和工厂需求,以及在维修上使用,在现有的市场上变位机的设计和发展受到了工人在工作上的追捧,因此在本次的设计中,主要针对的焊接座式变位机的结构的设计,完成本次课题相关的设计内容。
在本次的座式变位机的设计中,在机构的构思上参考了市场上的大型的变位机的结构设计的方案,对一般的焊接使用的变位机的结构进行构思和设计研究,变位机的整体结构上设计而言,在设计中重点对变位机上的回转的工作机构、台面部件、直流减速系统的设计等方进行了重点的结构分析和设计。使得设计的步骤首先在明确本次设计的座式变位机的设计任务,在设计的要求上以及设计的背景的情况下,广泛的查找相关的设计的资衣,深入明确变位机的结构设计的纲领,并通过绘制三维的设计,对其中变位机的重要部件做了一些相关的建模,完成座式变位机的装配结构设计[2],并不断的实现部件的优化性的设计,最后对座式变位机的绘制CAD结构图纸,完成了三维的总装图和相应的部件图。

Abstract

In recentyears, different kinds of positioner emerge in endlessly,which brings convenient development toworkers'work level. In the current production and manufacturing ofwelding equipment, under the background of continuous mechanized production, in the traditional use of manualway to carry out the situation of large displacement, theworking efficiency is relatively low, and there are difficulties in operation,which makes the economic and cost-effective existence of buying displacement machine, and also saves time in displacement. The designed positioner is suitable forwelding and factory requirements, aswell as for maintenance. In the existing market, the design and development of the positioner are sought after byworkers. Therefore, in this design, the design of the structure of thewelding seat positioner is mainly aimed at, and the relevant design content of this subject is completed.
In the graduation design of the pedestal positioner, the structural design scheme of the large-scale positioner on the market is referred to in the mechanism conception, and the general structure of the positioner used forwelding is conceived and designed. In terms of the overall structural design of the positioner, the focus of the design is on the rotaryworking mechanism, mesa part and DC deceleration system of the positioner The key structural analysis and design are carried out by the design and other parties. In order to make the steps of design clear, first of all, the design task of the seat positioner in this design, on the basis of the design requirements and the design background, extensive search for relevant design materials, in-depth definition of the program of the structural design of the positioner, and through the drawing of three-dimensional design, the important parts of the positioner are modeled to complete the seat positioner Finally, the CAD structure drawing of the seat positioner is drawn, and the three-dimensional general assembly drawing and the corresponding component drawing are completed.
