摘要
本次设计的是主动齿轮轴的加工工艺及铣削加工键槽的夹具设计,主要采用铣床铣削加工来的完成工艺加工。在数控加工中利用数控机床来加工,使得产品加工的质量能够保持一致性,保证主动齿轮轴零件的加工精度和主动齿轮轴零件效率,在这些方面均比普通铣床加工高出很多有点,尤其是针对一些轮廓轮廓不规则的零件的加工、在零件上有复杂的曲线或不规则的曲面、需要要到多工艺复合,工序加工和零件的高精度要求的产品零件的加工时,最突出的优点是传统机床,在加工的时候所无法比达到这一的要求。
本文通过主动齿轮轴零件的分析,主动齿轮轴零件的结构特点和主动齿轮轴零件加工技术图纸要求,完成设计制定了一套较合理的主动齿轮轴零件铣槽夹具设计,从而为保证主动齿轮轴零件加工精度要求,将提供一种主动齿轮轴零件经济实用的工艺加工装备设计,使得主动齿轮轴零件的加工具有一定的实用高效率的生产价值。

Abstract
This design is the processing technology of the driving gear shaft and the fixture design for milling the keyway, mainly using the milling machine to complete the processing.
