箱体加工工艺及夹具设计
摘要
题目是箱体加工工艺及夹具设计,根据图纸要求进行机械工艺规程设计和专用夹具设计,在掌握零部件都是用来做什么的这个最基本以后,再对这些零部件的相关工艺进行具体的了解。
的课题已经定下来了,将这个铣削箱体上表面的的专用铣床夹具设计出来。里面的知识点主要有对机床夹具进行设计、公差等。先对需要加工的零部件进行了解,分析,以便更加精确的对其进行加工,确定加工零件的标准;然后针对不同的步骤将需要的相关数据算出来,在设计夹具的时候主要有下面几个方面:零件在这个夹具上定位的时候是什么样,夹紧的时候是什么样,还有这些引导部分的零部件是什么样。最最重要的就是,在对零部件进行定位的时候,肯定是会有偏差出现的,这个偏差不能太离奇,要在一定的范围里面,这样在完全知晓了夹具的好处还有不好的地方以后,后期才能进行改善
设计,还有相关的分析和相关数据都算出来之后,我们这篇才算是好了,不仅将在学校这么长时间学的专业知识复习了一遍,还为自己将来的工作提供了一定的经验。

Abstract
The title is box processing technology and fixture design. Mechanical process specification design and special fixture design are carried out according to the requirements of drawings. After mastering the most basicwhat parts are used for,wewill have a detailed understanding of the relevant processes of these parts.
The subject of this paper has been settled and the special milling fixture for milling the upper surface of the box has been designed.The knowledge points in the paper mainly include design and tolerance of machine tool fixture.First, the parts to be processed are understood and analyzed in order to process them more precisely and determine the standard of the parts to be processed. Then, the relevant data required for different steps are calculated. When designing the fixture, there are the following aspects:what is the position of the parts on the fixture,what is the clamping time, and these guide departments.What do the parts look like?Most importantly,when positioning parts, there must be deviation. This deviation should not be too surprising. It should bewithin a certain range so that it can be improved later onlywhen the advantages and disadvantages of fixture are fully known.
After the design, relevant analysis and relevant data have been calculated, this paper is really a good one. Itwill not only review the professional knowledge learned in the school for such a long time, but also provide some experience for its futurework.
