电动起重葫芦设计
摘要
起重机械在近年来现实应用很大。起重机械设计的安全和实际操作实用性有重要意义。起重机械设计从始至终都存在着很大困扰。近代全世界都在致力于对于起重机械设计周期进行缩短的问题,还有对加速起重机设计方法加速的趋势。在满足机体本身的要求之外,需要对起重机械的设计周期的加速进行改进,还有机体本身体重也要进行改进,经济效率需要进行大幅度的提高,这些对于实际应用有着很大的意义
电动葫芦就是起重机械的一份子。电动起重葫芦是目前体积最小的机械。设计本身就是财产与生命的安全必须放在首位,其次是故障的检修。电动起重葫芦是由滚筒装置、挂钩装置、操作机构、联轴器、减速机、电机等组成。设计的是1.6t单钩钢丝绳电动起重葫芦还有传动系统。在参照了许多资料后,进行了合理构思。对减速器和电机E形设计、钢丝绳选择和强度校核进行了校核,并对其体积进行了校核。对气缸参数、齿轮传动比、各齿轮参数、强度计算、轴、轴承等各种机械零件的选择进行了计算校核计算,并对齿轮、轴、RO的装配图进行了选择。绘制了LLER、减速箱和升降机构。

Abstract
Lifting machinery has beenwidely used in practice thisyear. The safety and practicability of crane design is of great importance. Hoisting machinery design from the beginning to the end of a lot of trouble. In modern times, thewholeworld has been committed to the problem of shortening the design cycle of hoisting machinery and accelerating the design method of accelerating crane. Outside meet the requirements of the body itself, the need for the acceleration of hoisting machinery design cyclewas improved, and theweight of the body itself alsowants to improve, economic efficiency needs to be greatly improved, these is of great significance for practical application
Electric hoist is a part of lifting machinery. The electric hoist is the smallest machine at present. The safety of the property and life of the design must be put in the first place, followed by the maintenance of failure. The electric hoist is composed of drum device, hook device, operating mechanism, coupling, reducer and motor. I chose 1.6t single hookwire rope electric hoist hoist and drive system. After referring to a lot of data, a reasonable ideawas made. The E- shape design of reducer and motor, the choice of steelwire rope and strength checkwere carried out, and itsvolumewas checked. Parameters of the cylinder, gear ratio, the gear parameters, strength calculation, selection of shaft, bearings and other mechanical parts check calculation, the calculation and the assembly drawing of gear, shaft, RO option. LLER, reducer and lifting mechanism are drawn.
