摘要
轴承架是支承轴承、轴以及轴上零件的重要支架,实现轴承、轴以及轴上零件的旋转运动。是轴承装置能够正常工作的重要的基础元件。因而,该零件的作用重要,对其进行加工和制造的分析意义重大。
本次设计的轴承架其型号为CWA-30103,主要设计的内容包括轴承架加工工艺的分析以及选择一道加工工序对其进行专用夹具的设计。轴承架加工工艺分析主要有4部分:1、零件作用、结构以及加工要求和形位公差的分析;2、零件生产以及制造方式的分析和确定;3、零件加工基准、工艺路线以及加工工艺装备的设计与确定;4、零件加工过程中切削数据及用量的计算与确定。
通过对零件图的分析及工艺路线的确定,选择铣79右端面为专用夹具加工面,加工机床为X6132铣床。设计内容主要有5部分:1、通过工序定位以及夹紧简图,设计了本工序的定位和夹紧方案;2、选择以及确定了定位和夹紧装置以及元件;3、设计了夹具体,选择对刀块,分析定位误差等;4、设计了专用夹具上涉及到的非标零件。5、画出轴承架零件图还有毛坯图,夹具装配图以及夹具上所有非标零件图。编写说明书。

Abstract
The bearing frame is an important support for bearing, shaft and on-axis parts to achieve rotational movement of the bearing, shaft and on-axis parts. It is an important basic component for the bearing device towork properly. Therefore, the role of the part is important, and the analysis of its processing and manufacturing is of great significance.
The design of the bearing frame is CWA-30103. The main design contents include the analysis of the processing technology of the bearing frame and the design of a special fixture for selecting a machining process. There are four main parts in the analysis of the processing technology of the bearing frame: 1. Analysis of the function and structure of the parts, processing requirements and geometrical tolerances; 2. Analysis and determination of the parts production and manufacturing methods; 3. Parts processing benchmarks, process routes and processing equipment The design and determination; 4, the calculation and determination of cutting data and dosage during the processing of parts.
Through the analysis of the part drawing and the determination of the process route, the right end face of the milling 79 is selected as the special jig processing surface, and the machining machine is the X6132 milling machine. The design content mainly has five parts: 1. Through the process positioning and clamping diagram, the positioning and clamping scheme of the process is designed; 2. The positioning and clamping device and components are selected and determined; 3. The clip specific is designed. Select the tool block, analyze the positioning error, etc.; 4. Design the non-standard parts involved in the special fixture. 5. Draw the parts of the bearing frame and the blank drawing, the fixture assembly drawing and all the non-standard parts drawing on the fixture. Write a manual.
