摘要
近数控技术是现代制造技术的基础,它的广泛应用使普通机械被数控机械所代替,使全球制造业发生了根本变化。数控技术的水准、拥有和普及程度已经成为衡量一个国家综合国力和工业现代化水平的重要标志之一。
本次设计任务是阶梯轴的工艺设计与程序编制,使用CAD制图软件将零件的二维图形画出来。接着对零件结构、精度、技术要求进行分析。设计加工零件的数控工艺方案,选择毛坯、刀具、机床,以及合理的切削参数等。选择出最佳的加工工艺方案,然后对零件的数控加工程序进行编制,完成本次设计。

Abstract
Near numerical control technology is the foundation of modern manufacturing technology, it iswidely used to make the ordinary machinery is replaced by CNC machinery, so that the global manufacturing industry has been a fundamental change. The level of numerical control technology, the degree of ownership and popularity has become a measure of a country's comprehensive national strength and an important symbol of the level of industrial modernization.
The task of this design is a typical shaft parts processing process design and programming, use of CAD drawing software parts of the two-dimensional graphics drawing out. Then for structural parts, precision, technical requirements are analyzed. Design and processing components of the NC process scheme, selection of blank, tools, machine tools, and the reasonable cutting parameters. Choose the best processing program, and the parts of the NC machining program is compiled, to complete the design.
