皮带轮的机械加工工规程及插20键槽夹具设计
摘要
夹具是零件加工中必不可少的装置。夹具利用率高,经济性好,对功能组件的使用和数量少。随着零件种类、外形及尺寸的种类越来越多,设计一套专用夹具非常有必要。
本次设计的主要内容是皮带轮的机械加工工规程及夹具设计。设计之初查阅相关数据及国内外关于机床夹具的文献,在分析零件图的同时对零件的结构和工艺进行分析,明确粗基准和精基准的选择,确定零件的加工余量与毛坯的尺寸、从而确定零件的加工工艺过程、计算各工序的切削用量及工时。
结合任务书决定设计插削20键槽专用夹具。本次夹具设计的主要内容有:定位方案、定位元件的选择与确定;夹紧方案、夹紧元件的选择与确定;夹具体的设计与确定;切削力的计算;夹具定位误差的分析等。最后,通过CAD绘图零件完成零件图、毛坯图、夹具装配图、夹具体图的绘制。
本次设计的夹具其结构简单、操作便捷、生产率高,为实际的生产提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract
The fixture is an indispensable part of the part machining. Fixture utilization is high, the economy is good, the use of functional components and the number of small. With the type of parts, shape and size of the more and more types of design a special fixture is necessary.
The main content of this design is the pulley of the mechanical processingworkers and fixture design. At the beginning of the design, the relevant data and the literature on the machine fixture at home and abroad are analyzed. At the same time, the structure and process of the parts are analyzed, and the selection of the rough reference and the fine reference is made, and the machining allowance and the size of the blank are determined. So as to determine the processing of parts process, calculate the amount of cutting andworking hours of each process.
Combinedwith the task book to determine the design plug 20 key slot special fixture. The main contents of the fixture design are: positioning program, positioning element selection and determination; clamping program, clamping element selection and determination; clip design and determination; cutting force calculation; fixture positioning error analysis. Finally, through the CAD drawing parts to complete the parts map, rough map, fixture assembly map, clip drawing drawing.
The design of the fixture its simple structure, easy operation, high productivity, for the actual production to provide a certain theoretical basis.
