加热炉推料机传动装置设计
摘要
这次课程设计主要是设计了加热炉推料装置的传动系统。加热炉推料机代替了人工加料,即安全又方便,它包括机架,机架上装有电动机,在电动机的驱动轴上又装有联轴器,联轴器与蜗杆相连,蜗杆涡轮减速器,在推料小车上装有推杆。按任务书要求设计计算了蜗轮蜗杆的各种参数,减速器外大小齿轮的参数,并进行校核。执行系统(六连杆机构)的设计,根据要求,计算出了各杆的工作尺寸。让我在一次体会到了设计任务的过程,需细心与较真,不管做的怎么样,但是过程对自己很重要。

Abstract
This course design mainly furnace pushing device of the drive system is designed. Pusher heating furnace to replace the artificial feeding, safe and convenient, it consists of frame, motor mounted on the frame, on the drive shaft of the motor is equippedwith a coupling, coupling are connected to theworm, theworm turbine reducer, equippedwith push rod on pushing the car. According to the requirements of specification design and calculation of thevarious parameters of theworm gear andworm gear reducer outer size of parameter, and carry on the check. The design of the execution system(six bar linkage), according to the requirements, calculate the size of each barwork.
