摘要
机械加工工艺规程是指导车间生产的主要技术文件、生产准备和管理准备的重要资料、新建或扩建工厂和车间的基本依据、还便于交流与推广先进经验。正确的工艺规程可以稳定地保证产品的质量和获得较高的生产率经济效益、能使生产均衡顺利的进行。
本文给出的零件是冷却油管,冷却油管是液压传动系统中典型的零件之一。为冷却液压系统回路,提供重要的通路。通过对零件图纸的分析,培养自己树立正确的对产品的加工能力,完成加工及组装工艺。也可使自己进一步加深对所学理论的认识,学会运用所学知识去分析和解决一些实际问题。
本次设计对冷却油管的加工工艺规程进行了详细的分析。制定了机械加工工艺路线,详细计算了加工余量、切削用量、确定各工序加工余量、加工工时、机械加工等等,选择其加工设备。通过本设计掌握零件的加工过程分析、工艺卡片的编制和步骤。学会应用手册、标准、规范等资料。认识到工艺在机械制造中的重要性。了解刀具的选用规则,产品质量、精度、寿命等属性和节约材料,降低成本,最重要的是提高生产经验。

Abstract
