摘要

晾晒衣物这个生活中最常见的事情,是每个家庭中必不可少的一部分,随着人们外出旅游越来越多,户外用品不可少的,离不开身,开车出去自驾游,野外用餐,登山等累了,在外洗了衣服怎么晾干,这就需要晾衣架,可是晾衣架种类很多,如室内晾衣架的设计现有产品远不能满足人们的需求,这就需要设计一款可以折叠,又可以方便携带的晾衣架,本设计对户外用品进行创新设计,设计一种更为便捷的户外晾衣架,成为必然趋势。本文通过广泛搜集、查阅相关文献,针对洋房露台晾衣架使用方式展开实地调查,进而设计了一款新型晾衣架。根据晾衣杆的使用环境对晾衣杆的选材以及受力情况进行分析。作为晾衣架的基础件,晾衣杆要满足一定强度、硬度以及抗蚀性,以简支梁为依据借助SolidWorks的分析,以美观为基础进行晾衣架主要部件选择和优化设计。为了能够进行晾衣杆使用,支撑材料选择后利用SolidWorks对晾衣杆的支撑件进行三维建模,对主要部件进行优化设计,增加晾衣架结构平衡性,最终确定旋转型晾衣架。以晾衣杆整体为基础进行细节优化,设计出一款户外晾衣架,折叠,空间小,结构简单,外观美丽,便于携带的晾衣架。

Abstract
Drying clothes, the most common thing in life, is an essential part of every family. As people travel more and more, and outdoor supplies are indispensable, they cannot be separated from their bodies. They are tired of driving out on their own, eating in thewild, climbing mountains, etc. How to dry clothes outsidewash,which requires clothes hangers, but there are many kinds of clothes hangers, for example, the design of indoor clothes hangers is far from meeting the needs of people,which requires the design of a foldable clothes rack. It is an inevitable trend to design a more convenient clothes rack for outdoor products. This article through extensive search Collect, consult the related literature, carry out a field investigation on the use of balcony clothes rack, and then design a new clothes rack. According to the application environment of clothesbar, the material selection and stress condition of clothesbar are analyzed. As the basic part of the clothes rack, the drying rod should satisfy certain strength, hardness and corrosion resistance. The selection and optimization design of the main parts of the clothes rack should be carried out on the basis of SolidWorks analysiswith the aid of SolidWorks. In order to be able to use the clothes drying rod, the SolidWorkswas used to model the supporting parts of the clothes drying rod and the main componentswere optimized after the selection of the supporting materials. Design, increase the balance of the structure of the clothes rack, and finally determine the rotation type clothes rack. Based on the detail optimization of the clothesbar, an outdoor clothes rackwith small space, simple structure, beautiful appearance and easy to carry is designed.
