摘要
本次设计主要研究了轴类零件的造型以及对其模型的设计与数控加工。零件加工中涉及了数控车床加工、编程、CAD制图等,在对所加工零件进行工艺分析额基础上,拟定了加工方案。选择了合适的刀具、量具,确定了切削用量。对加工中存在的一些工艺问题(对刀点、加工路线也做了必要的处理),加工出了合格的产品。通过整个加工的过程的制定,充分体现了数控加工技术在保证加工精度、加工效率,简化工序等方面的优势。它主要用来研究机械数控加工的、以及各种机械加工中要注意的问题。

Abstract
This graduation design is mainlystudied the model of shaft parts and the model design and nc machining.Parts processing involved in the numerical control lathe processing,programming,CAD drawing,etc.,on the based on process analysis of parts processing,processing scheme isworked out.Choose the suitable cutting tools,measuring tool,the cutting parameter is determined.For processing and some technologyproblems in(to the cutting point,processing route and do the necessaryprocessing),work out the qualified goods.Through thewhole machining process,fullyembodies the nc machining technologyin guarantee the machining precision and machining efficiency,simplifythe procedure of advantage.It is mainlyused to studythe mechanical nc machining,and attention should be paid to the problems in all kinds of mechanical processing.
