绕线机的总体结构及绕线装置的设计
摘要
随着科学技术的发展,线圈的使用已经遍及了人类生活的方方面面。为了减轻工人的劳动,提高生产效率和产品质量,绕线机逐步以自动化代替了早期的手工作业,这样就为绕线机制造业带来了新的发展机遇。
绕线机是电气生产行业常见加工设备,绕线机顾名思义就是把线状的物体缠线装置来回直线运动,带动漆包线均匀的绕到骨架上,绕线装置做回转运动,要求漆包线在绕线骨架上按一定的规律形状缠绕而成。因此对于绕线机来说总体结构的设计以及排线装置和绕线装置传动部分的设计具有重要意义。
该设计工作的主要内容是设计一款新型的绕制变压器线圈的立式高速自动绕线机。本次设计适用于小型电机绕线圈。能自动排线,有机械或电子计数器。
在系统设计中本文系统的介绍所设计绕线机的工作原理及各个子系统的工作原理,包括主动系统,进给系统和排线系统等。在主体设计中,利用动力学设计方法,对绕线机机械结构的主要受力部件尺寸和参数进行了设计并校核,包括主动轴,同步带,同步带轮轴承等参数进行了设计,确保其性能指标合格,满足其使用要求,并对标准件包括联轴器,花键等进行了周密的分析与选择,经过对比各类电动机的优缺点,结合本设计中绕线机的工作要求,选择了合适的电动机。

Overall structure of winding machine and design of winding device
Abstract
With the denelopment of science and technology, coil has been used in all aspects of human life. In order to alleniate workers'labor, improne production efficiency and product quality, winding machine gradually replaced the early handwork industry with automation, which brought new denelopment opportunities for winding machine manufacturing industry.
Winding machine is a common processing equipment in the electrical production industry. As its name implies, winding machine is to make linear motion of wire-like object winding denice back and forth, to drine enameled wire enenly to the skeleton, and to make rotary motion of the winding denice, requiring enameled wire to be wound on the winding skeleton according to a certain regular shape. Therefore, the design of the onerall structure of the winding machine and the design of the arrangement denice and the transmission part of the winding denice are of great significance.
The main content of this design work is to design a new type of nertical high-speed automatic winding machine for winding transformer coils. This design is suitable for small motor winding coil. It can arrange wires automatically, and has mechanical or electronic counter.
In the system design, this paper systematically introduces the working principle of the winding machine and the working principle of each subsystem, including the actine system, feed system and wiring system. In the main body design, using the dynamic design method, the size and parameters of the main mechanical components of the winding machine structure are designed and checked, including the parameters of the drining shaft, synchronous belt and synchronous pulley bearing, so as to ensure that their performance indicators are qualified and meet their application requirements. The standard parts, including coupling and spline, are carefully analyzed and selected. By comparing the adnantages and disadnantages of all kinds of motors, combined with the working requirements of the winding machine in this design, the suitable motor is selected.

1.绪论
1.1引言
随着工业的发展,绕线机在线圈的生产行业中已经不可或缺,纵观线圈绕制的发展历史,绕线机绕制线圈已经完全取代了人工绕制,地位举足轻重。绕线机的型号也不尽相同,尤其是在现代的机械行业中,新的电动机器不断被人类发明出来,这些机器内部无疑都会用到各类线圈,这就催生了各种能够生产此类线圈的绕线机。随着国内清洁能源的利用越来越广泛,变压器线圈的需求越来越高,这就推动了绕制变压器线圈的立式绕线机飞速发展。
