摘要
这次设计的是曲柄锥销孔的加工,包括零件图、毛坯图、装配图各一张,机械加工工艺过程卡片一张与工序卡片一张,并借助PROE模拟仿真。首先我们要熟悉零件和了解其作用,然后,根据零件的性质和零件图上各端面的粗糙度确定毛坯的尺寸和机械加工余量。最后拟定曲柄的工艺路线图,制定该工件的夹紧方案,画出夹具装配图。
机械制造课程设计,是在学完机械制造工艺学及夹具设计原理课程,经过生产实习取得感性知识后进行的一项教学环节;在老师的指导下,要求在设计中能初步学会综合运用以前所学过的全部课程,并且独立完成的一项工程基本训练。同时,也为以后搞好设计打下良好基础。

Abstract
This design is the processing of the crank taper pin hole, including one part drawing, one blank drawing and one assembly drawing, one machining process card and one process card, and simulation with the help of proe. First of all, we should be familiar with the parts and understand their functions. Then, according to the properties of the parts and the roughness of each end face on the part drawing, we can determine the size of the blank and the machining allowance. Finally, the process route of the crank is drawn up, the clamping scheme of the workpiece is made, and the fixture assembly drawing is drawn.
The course design of mechanical manufacturing is a teaching link after learning the courses of mechanical manufacturing technology and fixture design principles and obtaining perceptual knowledge through production practice; Under the guidance of the teacher, it is required to preliminarily learn to comprehensively apply all the previous courses in the design and independently complete a basic engineering training. At the same time, it also lays a good foundation for the future graduation design.
