摘要
拨叉的加工工艺和夹具设计包括零件加工工艺设计、工序设计和专用夹具的设计三部分。在设计的过程中应该首先理解的分析部分,部分工序的设计一个毛坯的结构,并选择好零件的加工基准,设计出零件的工艺路线;然后每个工序切削力的部分步骤大小计算,是决定工艺的关键设备和过程的各种设计参数,然后一个专用夹具,夹具选择各种组件的设计,如定位和夹紧元素连接部分,指导元素,夹具和机床和其他组件,定位误差计算夹具,分析夹具结构的合理性和不足之处,并注重未来的改善设计。最后,做一些地方的编译过程和编程过程。

Abstract
