手动液压升高车是近现代物流行业里面使用很广泛的搬运货物和材料的装置,该装置的结构十分紧凑,所有重要零部件集中在一起,但手动液压升高车却拥有运输灵活,搬运十分方便,操作的步骤非常简单,回转半径小等特点。本说明书中阐述了叉车的发展历史以及在未来叉车的合理期望。这次设计是在对市场调查的情况下,发现手动液压升高车市场需求量很大,很多大中小型企业都用来搬运货物以及材料,叉车的性能和规格都是不一样的,主要看单位对叉车的用途和需求,设计不同种类的叉车。本次设计,通过查阅资料,了解升高车的结构特点,知道一般的机械装置的参数以及应用的材料,根据液压起升装置设备的性能,设计出合理的叉车,叉车设计的参数一般有手动液压升高车空载时占地面积小,操作安全可靠,并且不污染环境,噪音小,价格便宜,提高了经济效益。手动液压升高车适用于很多工业搬运的地方,本次设计,通过提出方案并加以论证,选出最好的设计方案原则,阐述了手动液压升高车的结构设计和工作原理,论证了它的适用性,可行性。本设计主要内容包括了对叉车整机分析、传动方案的选择、货叉装置的校核、立柱门架以及液压系统的设计。

Manual hydraulic forklift is modern logistics industry, which use a wide range of handling of goods and materials of the device, the device is compact in structure, All the important parts are concentrated together, but the manual hydraulic forklift has simple transportation, it is very convenient, the steps of the operation is very simple, small turning radius etc. characteristics. This specification describes the history of the development of the forklift truck and the reasonable expectations of the future. The graduation design is in of market survey and found that manual hydraulic increased car market demand, many large, medium and small enterprises are used to carry goods and materials, forklift performance and specifications are not the same, mainly to see the unit of Forklift uses and needs, different kinds of forklift truck design. The design, through access to information, understanding the structural characteristics of the car increased, know general mechanical device parameters and application of the material, according to the hydraulic lifting equipment performance, design reasonable forklift, forklift design parameters generally increase manual hydraulic car empty load covers an area of small, safe and reliable operation, and no pollution to the environment, noise is small, cheap and improve the economic benefit. Manual hydraulic trucks increased application in many industrial handling, the graduation design, the proposed scheme is given and proved, select the best design principles, describes the manual hydraulic elevated structure design of the vehicle and the principle of work, demonstrates its applicability and feasibility. The main content of this design includes the analysis of the forklift, the choice of transmission scheme, the check of the fork gear, the design of the portal frame and the hydraulic system.
