斩拌机设计
摘要
斩拌机是一种肉类食品加工机械。在机体的上部设置转锅，转锅的上面设置封盖装置，它同时具有防尘和防止刀具飞溅伤人的作用，电动机和涡轮蜗杆减速器与转锅联轴器相连接。转锅内部的一侧设置斩拌刀轴，斩拌刀轴的一端装有刀片，另一端通过带轮由电动机产生的动力通过V带传动带动斩刀轴运动，从而使斩刀完成斩拌功能。
该机采用了先进的控制技术，安全可靠，维修方便，显示控制功能完备。斩拌电机采用一个双速电机可以为斩刀轴提供两种转速，同时配合上转锅的两种转速可以增多斩拌机的加工产品的种类，从而增大了斩拌机的功能。其电机具有起动转距大，绝缘耐热等级高，过载保护性能好，特别适合在频繁起动的工作环境中使用的特性。
转锅通过涡轮蜗杆减速器由双速电动机进行带动，能够实现两种速度的转动。可以满足单纯的斩切，另外还能够满足斩切和搅拌同时进行的两种动作。涡轮蜗杆减速器是空间交错的两轴传递动力和运动的机构，两周简单夹角可为任意值，但是一般选择。涡轮蜗杆减速器传动比较大，相对来说比较适合斩拌机的应用。

The silent cutter is one kind of meats food processing machinery.Establishes in organism upside transfers the pot to seal covers the installment, it simultaneously has dustproof and prevented the cutting tool splash offends somebody the function, the electric motor and the turbine wheel worm reducer with transfers the pot shaft coupling to connect. Transfers the pot one side establishment to cut mixes the cutter bar, cuts mixes the cutter bar an end to be loaded with the bit, another end the power which produces by the electric motor cuts the cutter bar movement through the band pulley through V belt transmission impetus, thus causes the chopper to complete cuts cuts the function.
This machine this machine has used the advanced control technology, safe reliable, the service is convenient, the display control function is complete.Its electrical machinery has the starting torque to be big, the insulation heat-resisting rank is high, the over-load protection performance is good, specially suits the characteristic which uses in the frequent starting working conditions.Cuts mixes the electrical machinery to use a two speed electrical machinery to be possible to be cuts the cutter bar to obtain two kind of rotational speeds.
Transfers the pot to have the two speed electric motor to carry on the impetus by the turbine wheel worm reducer, thus can realize two kind of speed rotations.May satisfy purely cuts cuts, moreover also can satisfiedly cut two kind of movements which cuts and stirs simultaneously carries on.Simultaneously cuts the cutter bar also to have the two speed electric motor impetus, the two speed electric motor cuts the cutter bar through V belt transmission impetus to carry on cuts cuts the movement, like this may satisfy the more variety product the processing, simultaneously also greatly enhanced the silent cutter function.
