摘要
本篇说明书主要是对泵体零件的主要加工面与加工孔的步骤进行较详细的说明,例如在普通车床上采用一面两销的定位方式对此泵体的前端面和端面上的两孔进行加工。在减少成本和保证加工精度的基础上极大的保证泵体工艺规格的合理性。此次说明书的重点是对平面进行铣夹具进行加工,不仅减少了夹紧定位的时间提高了生产效率,还保证了加工的精度。由于泵体大多由中小型企业所生产,我也是根据这些提出了较为经济的设计方案。

Abstract
The instruction manual of this graduation thesis mainly describes in detail the main processing surface and hole processing steps of the pump body parts. For example, the positioning mode of one side and two pins is adopted on the ordinary lathe to process the front end face and two holes on the end face of the pump body. On the basis of reducing the cost and ensuring the machining accuracy, it greatly ensures the rationality of the process specification of the pump body. The focus of this manual is to process the plane milling fixture, which not only reduces the clamping and positioning time, improves the production efficiency, but also ensures the machining accuracy. Since most of the pump bodies are produced by small and medium-sized enterprises, I also put forward a more economical design scheme based on these.
