摘要
绞车是用来提升牵引重物的起重机械。因绞车的操作容易、能轻易移动故而被广泛使用。在建筑、林业、工业、矿场等中多用绞车来提升下降物体。
当今社会机械技术卓越发展的情况下,绞车扮演着一个越来越重要的角色。此次研究设计的对象是JH-20回柱绞车。它整个系统的核心关键是在于它的传动系统,因此在此次设计中使用了圆柱齿轮传动和涡轮蜗杆传动的两级减速传动。这种传动系统能使得它整个系统结构稳定。研究中对绞车的重要零件进行了研究设计,从而为绞车保证它的高性能。为了确保绞车工作时的安全,设计中使用的电动机拥有防炸的性能,并且有各对应的开关来操作。
文章的主要内容为:1对主轴进行分析。从所学的相关知识中,研究了该型号绞车主轴的重要零件,树立了设计研究的相关力学模型,从而发现设计主轴的根本办法。2根据此次研究的绞车设计要求,分析减速器的设计原理,随后在试车实验中验证是否可行。最后对实验的结果进行研究。本文所得的研究成果对绞车的设计有着重要的参考意义,且能为下一步的研究进行了重要的铺垫。

Abstract
Winches are lifting machines used to lift hauling weights. It is widely used because it is easy to operate and can be easily moved. Winches are often used in buildings, forestry, industry, mines, etc. to raise descending objects.
Nowadays, with the excellent development of mechanical technology in society, winch plays an increasingly important role. The object of this study design is the JH-20 winch. The key to the whole system is its transmission system. Therefore, in this design, a two-stage reduction gear with a spur gear drive and a worm drive was used. This kind of transmission system can make its entire system structure stable. In the research, the important parts of the winch were studied and designed so as to guarantee the high performance of the winch.In order to ensure the safety of the winch during operation, the electric motor used in the design has anti-explosion performance and has corresponding switches to operate.
The main content of the article is: 1 Analysis of the main shaft. From the relevant knowledge learned, the important parts of the winch spindle of this model were studied, and the relevant mechanical model of the design research was established, and the fundamental method of designing the spindle was found. 2 According to the design requirements of the winch in this study, analyze the design principle of the reducer, and then verify whether it is feasible in the trial test. Finally, the results of the experiment were studied. The research results obtained in this paper have important reference significance for the design of the winch, and can be important for the next step of research.
