液压横移式加热炉出钢机设计
摘要
随着现代科学技术的进步,市场竞争日趋激烈,如今钢铁行业受国际形势影响也不景气,国内钢铁行业正面临着重组与改革,自动化程度高、设备先进、生产规模大的钢铁企业在场这竞争中的优势体现了出来。
首先讨论了出钢机设备主的主要形式和结构,阐述了横移式出钢机的工作原理及工作过程。在设计过程中,对主要的部件做了合理的选用,例如:传动系统设计中电动机及减速器的计算和选用、分速箱的设计计算、联轴器的选择、水冷却推杆和液压系统的设计等等,同时对主要零件进行强度校核,包括压辊和传动轴分速箱中齿轮、轴的强度校核。以便达到最佳的经济效益和工作效率。

ABSTRACT
