摘要
泡沫混凝土又称为发泡混凝土,其做法是在胶凝材料、改性剂、掺合料等材料中加入发泡的化学发泡剂而成。在初步制成材料后,再经过搅拌、浇注在磨具内使其成型,形成的一种内部含大量封闭气孔的新型、保温、轻质的建筑材料,且是一种绝缘型材料。由于在内部形成了诸多的封闭型气泡孔,所以会使混凝土具有轻质、保温、隔热等诸多的优点。
本课题设计了一种泡沫混凝土坯料的切割装置,其功能满足了对泡沫混凝土保温板坯料需切除上下废料的要求。通过查阅相关资料及调研,拟定泡沫混凝土横向切割机总体设计方案。采用上下双锯条的框架结构作往复直线运动实现对坯料的切割;对锯框的设计实现刀具在纵向间距可调;通过对刀具的选择,实现可高效、经济的连续切割方式。水平方向的运动利用滚筒、滑带与电动机的组合实现对毛坯的推送。
大致描述了进料机构的运动机理和结构。机器具有操作容易、方便、结构简单等特点。可由此为基础上根据要求升级为所需设备。

Abstract
Foamed concrete, also known as foamed concrete, is made by adding foaming chemical foaming agents in the materials such as cementing materials, modifiers and admixtures. After preliminary made material, through mixing, pouring in abrasive molding, formed a new type of internal contains a large number of closed pores, heat preservation, light building material, and is a type of insulating material. Due to the formation of many closed bubble holes in the interior, the concrete has many advantages such as light quality, heat preservation and insulation.
In this paper, a cutting device of foam concrete billet is designed, which satisfies the requirement of removing the upper and lower waste materials for the foam concrete insulation slab. The overall design of foam concrete transverse cutting machine was developed by referring to relevant data and research. Using the frame structure of the upper and lower double saw blade, the cutting of the blank is realized by reciprocating linear motion. The crank slider mechanism is designed to convert the rotary motion of the motor to the reciprocating linear motion in the horizontal direction of the saw frame. Through the design of the saw frame the cutting tool is adjustable longitudinally. Through the choice of the tool, the efficient and economical continuous cutting mode is realized. The horizontal movement USES the combination of roller, slip belt and motor to realize the push of the blank. Reasonable design of the frame to ensure that the saw frame needs to be stable during horizontal movement cutting.
In this paper, the structural design of the transverse cutting device of foam concrete insulation board is introduced, and the overall analysis of the mechanism is carried out, through the comparison of several different cutting methods, choose appropriate cutting method, and the design of group of saw.The cutting tool group consists of a belt, a group saw, an eccentric gear and a motor.The machine has the characteristics of easy operation, convenience and simple structure. It can be upgraded to the required equipment based on the requirements.
