铝合金车轮锻造模具设计
摘要
作为目前最为重要的交通工具,人们的生活以及社会经济的发展已经完全离不开汽车。而车轮作为汽车的重要组成部分,对汽车的整体性能和质量也起着非常关键的作用,车轮的生产制造也备受汽车行业的关注。目前汽车都在朝着更加轻量化,经济化的方向发展,如何在不增加生产成本的情况下解决这些问题,这是一个非常关键的课题。采用铝合金锻造而成的车轮就刚好满足这些条件。铝合金材料密度小,同等体积下比刚的质量轻,而且铝合金的刚度也能满足作为汽车车轮的要求。本次设计主要研究和探讨铝合金车轮的锻造流程以及工艺方法,和锻造模具的设计。制定了不仅能够尽量节约原材料又能保证其产品优良质量和良好性能的适合工厂车间大批量生产的工艺方法,对之前的锻造工艺进行了改良和更新。通过对车轮结构特点和性能的认真分析,设计出了相应的模具,又对其各项性能指标进行了较为科学的检验校核,并以CAD图纸及三建模的形式进行了展示说明。本次设计对于铝合金车轮的工厂化生产来说,原料的节约性、产品性能的优良性以及市场考量性方面都非常具有参考应用价值。

ABSTRACT
As the most current means of transport, people's lives and socio-economic development has been completely inseparable from the car. The wheel as an important part of the car, the overall performance and quality of the car also plays a very critical role in the production of the wheel is also much concerned about the automotive industry. At present, cars are moving in a more lightweight, economical direction, how to solve these problems without increasing the cost of production, which is a very critical issue. The use of aluminum alloy forged wheels just to meet these conditions. Aluminum alloy material density is small, the same volume than the just light quality, and the rigidity of aluminum can also meet the requirements as a car wheel. The design of the main research and discussion of aluminum alloy forging process and process methods, and forging die design. Has developed a process that is not only able to save raw materials as well as to ensure the excellent quality and good performance of the products, but also to improve and update the previous forging process. Through the careful analysis of the characteristics and performance of the wheel structure, the corresponding mold is designed, and the performance of the mold is checked and checked. The drawings are illustrated by CAD drawing and three modeling. This design for the aluminum alloy wheels of the factory production, the conservation of raw materials, product performance, excellent and market considerations are very valuable reference value.
