柴油机气缸体工艺分析以及主要刀具设计
摘要
柴油机是一种能量转换设备,它主要通过燃料的燃烧来实现能量的转换,将燃料燃烧的热能转换为动能。柴油机相比于汽油机有很大的优点,比如不需要点火系,扭矩较大,适用于载货汽车等。柴油机的结构非常紧凑,应用非常广泛,在机械制造业广泛应用称为动力提供设备,同时在现代机械化农业方面也有着很大的作用。汽缸体是柴油机的一个重要部分,它相当于柴油机的心脏。因此汽缸的加工直接影响了柴油机的工作质量。
本次研究课题为六缸体柴油发动机的工艺分析以及主要刀具设计。首相要对汽缸体进行工艺分析。对于柴油机这种箱体类零件,需要遵循先面后孔的原则。对于面的加工有铣刨磨三种工艺。对于孔的加工,根据加工等级要求不同,有钻、扩、铰、镗、磨、拉等工序。对于不同规格尺寸的孔需要多种加工刀具,比如麻花钻、扩刀、镗刀、铰刀以及各种组合刀具等。本文是以道依茨公司的deutz1013六缸体柴油发动机为例,先通过查阅资料了解道依茨公司的发展情况以及产品介绍,再学习其柴油机工作原理,掌握柴油机的各种结构以及作用,再对柴油机进行工艺分析,制定详细的工艺卡。同时,还要设计加工各种规格尺寸孔的刀具,复合刀具可以提高加工精度及效率,所以也可以制造复合刀具。
