车床手柄座机械加工工艺规程及钻φ14H7孔夹具设计
摘要
此次设计内容涵盖了机械制造工艺学、机床夹具设计、金属切削机床、公差配合与技术测量、机械设计等多方面的知识。我设计的是手柄座机械加工工艺规程和针对φ14H7mm孔加工的夹具进行设计。在进行工艺设计时要先对零件进行详细分析,要知道它每个表面、各个孔和槽所要达到的加工要求,接着通过这些要求设计出它的毛坯,并选择好加工时用来定位的基准,关键要确定出每道工序所用的设备及其切削用量;最后针对φ14H7mm孔加工进行夹具设计,在进行其设计之前要考虑好它的各个组成部分,如定位装置、夹紧元件、刀具导向元件或装置、连接原件、夹具体以及其它原件或装置;并计算在加工过程产生的定位误差。通过查阅资料可知这种工件在使用的时候不会经常发生变动,所以在很大程度只起支撑的作用却不会受到很大的冲击载荷,在设计其夹具时还应该考虑这个因素。

ABSTRACT
This design covers the knowledge of mechanical manufacturing technology, machine tool fixture design, metal cutting machine tool, tolerance and technical measurement, mechanical design and so on. I designed the mechanical processing procedure of the handle seat and the fixture designed for the processing of the 14H7mm hole. In the process design, detailed analysis was carried out on the parts before you know it every surface, every hole and slot is required for processing the blank, and then pass these requirements to design it and choose the good process used for locating the benchmark, every working procedure to identify the key equipment and its cutting dosage; Finally for the phi 14 h7mm hole machining fixture design, to consider it in advance of its design of each component, such as positioning device, clamping element, cutter guide element, or device, original connection, specific and original or other device; And calculate the positioning error during processing. By looking at data shows the artifacts when using won't change often, so much as supporting role only has not been great impact load, should also take this factor into consideration when designing the fixture.
