手推式草坪电动割草机的设计

摘要
割草机是城市园林用具的重要机械装置之一,在目前大气污染和水土流失严重的情况下,发展草坪和地被植物是维护生态平衡的重要措施之一,特别是针对我国北方的沙尘暴天气。同时城市植物对减轻扬尘和噪音污染也有很好的作用。而维持草坪美观就要对其进行定期的修剪,修剪过程就要靠割草机来完成。
本次设计的割草机主要是由动力装置、传动装置、割刀装置等装置组成的,对传动装置中的轴的选择做了详细的介绍,对刀片和内置调高件也做分析和计算。本文所设计的割草机适合于城市绿化带及中小型草地使用,在进行修剪工作时保证了噪声孝污染小等特点。

Abstract
Lawn mower is one of the important mechanical devices of city garden appliances.in the present situation of serious air pollution and soil erosion, the development of turf and ground cover plants is one of the important measures to maintain ecological balance, especially for the sandstorm weather in the north of China. At the same time, urban plants also play a very good role in reducing dust and noise pollution. To keep the lawns beautiful, it is necessary to prune them regularly. The process of mowing depends on the lawn mower.
In this paper,the lawn mower driving device ,transmission device,cutting device,such as the specific device is made in detail,and the key derive system of the calculate and determine the basic size of gear and shaft,the selection of various standard pasts,non-standard parts and do the corresponding calculations.The mower designed in this paper is suitable for use in urban green belts and small and medium-sized grassland.When the lawn is pruned, it saves raw materials, pollute little, and meets environmental requirements.
