摘要
随着社会迅猛的发展,人们生活的节奏也加快了脚步,人们身上的压力也随之增大了,所以很少会有人还愿意打扫自有人己的房间。这就使得清洁手推式地面清洁机有了广大的市常但是现在市场上存在的手推式地面清洁机质量好的一般价格也比较昂贵,希望通过这次设计,可以降低手推式地面清洁机的生产成本,使得手推式地面清洁机能够进入更多人的生活当中。根据手推式地面清洁机清洗作业的要求,机器人首先必须具备清洗作业功能和控制功能,此外手推式地面清洁机还必须在地面进行和移动。
本设计是针对现有清洁机存在的问题,进行了分析和研究,找出了存在的主要问题,查阅了手推式地面清洁机的相关信息,拟定出了传动的设计方案,选择确定了手推式电动洗地机的总体方案。
清洁机主要包括箱体,支撑架,滚刷,盘刷,电机,齿轮传动系统等组成。其中,通过电机带动刷子转动,使刷子压紧,随后产生一定的清洗压力,能达到较好的清洗。
