摘要
我设计题目为接合器架加工工艺设计及加工M8孔专用夹具设计,本零件为3659型半自动钻头磨床接合器架是用来支承接合器。从所给的接合器架零件知,零件Φ32孔、Φ55外圆、Φ126左端面、宽14环形槽、宽22槽和Φ6孔,是整个接合器架零件精度最高的地方,也是接合器架与接合器连接的部分。
接合器架的加工工艺设计,首先分析接合器架结构特点,接合器架为回转类零件,而回转类零件一般以外圆作为定位粗基准来加工精基准,再以精基准定位加工余下面各面和孔等,整理编写成工艺过程卡,由参考文献[1]查找各个加工表面的加工余量,绘制接合器架毛坯图,工序卡图,最后对各工序切削参数进行选择和计算。
接合器架加工M8孔专用夹具设计,夹具设计总体上包括三方向面,现分述如下:①定位机构,确定元件和定位方案的依据为六点定位原理。②夹紧机构,夹紧机构大体上可以分为手动夹紧,机构夹紧和电磁夹紧。而本设计采用的用手动夹紧。③辅助机构,比如车床的配重块,铣床的对刀块或钻床的钻套等。

Abstract
My design topic is the process design of adapter frame and the design of special fixture for processing M8 holes. This part is 3659 semi-automatic drill grinder adapter frame, which is used to support the adapter. From the parts of the adapter frame given Φ 32 holes Φ 55 Outer circle Φ 126 left end face, 14 wide annular groove, 22 wide groove and Φ 6 holes are the most accurate part of the whole adapter frame, and also the connection part between the adapter frame and the adapter.
For the processing process design of the adapter frame, first analyze the structural characteristics of the adapter frame. The adapter frame is a rotary part, and the rotary part is generally processed with the outer circle as the positioning rough datum to process the precision datum, and then use the precision datum to locate and process the remaining surfaces and holes, and compile a process card. Find the processing allowance of each processing surface by reference [1], and draw the blank drawing and process card drawing of the adapter frame, Finally, the cutting parameters of each process are selected and calculated.
The design of the special fixture for processing M8 holes on the adapter frame, which generally includes three directions, is described as follows: ① Positioning mechanism, the basis for determining the elements and positioning scheme is the six-point positioning principle. ② The clamping mechanism can be divided into manual clamping, mechanical clamping and electromagnetic clamping. The design adopts manual clamping. ③ Auxiliary mechanism, such as counterweight block of lathe, cutter block of milling machine or drill sleeve of drilling machine.
