摘要:由于工业的需要,近年来国内对手动液压叉车的需求量逐年增加,本本着节省材料、成本低廉、安全简易、效率高的原则,立足于对液压叉车的性能作出优化设计。首先分析了手动液压叉车的结构特点及应用范围,完成了对手动液压叉车的结构造型设计,确定了叉车设计的重要设计数据,根据叉车的不同工作需求,设计出叉车的车身长度及跨度、货叉的大小与货物的起升高度,保证叉车从最低位移至最高位的工作要求,并提升对货物的载重量。同时对叉车的传动方案做出选择,提高叉车的经济性及安全可靠性。

Abstract: Due to the needs of industry, the demand for manual hydraulic forklifts has increased year by year in recent years. Based on the principle of saving materials, low cost, safe and simple, and high efficiency, this paper is based on the optimization design of the performance of hydraulic forklifts. Firstly, the structural characteristics and application range of the manual hydraulic forklift are analyzed. The structural design of the manual hydraulic forklift is completed. The important design data of the forklift design is determined. According to the different working requirements of the forklift, the length and span of the forklift are designed. The size of the fork and the lifting height of the cargo ensure the forklift's working requirements from the lowest displacement to the highest position and increase the load on the cargo. At the same time, the choice of the transmission scheme of the forklift is made to improve the economy, safety and reliability of the forklift.
