摘要
现在进行的生产,很多零件用的都是非标的,那么这些非标零件进行生产的工具就是专用夹具。在现代化生产里面,专用夹具是必不可少的。
这篇设计的夹具是用来生产摇杆零件的,主要写了两大内容,一个是设计摇杆零件生产工艺流程,还有一部分是设计M8螺纹孔钻床上使用的专用夹具。
才开始写的时候,我查看了很多的资料,定位夹具是怎么进行的,怎么样对零部件进行夹紧,这些专业知识我都查看了,另外,现在夹具行业是什么状况,涉及哪些专业,都进行了仔细的阅读。主要写的东西有,分析零部件的构造,零件在生产的时候用怎样的形式来进行,将产品的图纸,还有毛坯图纸都画出来,之后将生产每一步的数据都算出来,将切削时候的使用量都定下来,将生产工艺流程卡写出来,将生产工序卡也写出来,将生产时候的定位办法,还有夹紧办法都确定下来,定位的零部件还有夹紧的零部件都确定下来,分析在定位时候的偏差,将夹具的装配图纸,还有详细的零件图都画出来;撰写设计说明书,对本次设计进行总结。

Abstract
In the current production, many parts are non-standard, then the tools for the production of these non-standard parts are special fixtures. In modern production, special fixtures are essential.
The fixture designed in this paper is used to produce rocker parts. The paper mainlywrites two major contents, one is the design process of designing the rocker parts, and the other is the special fixture used to design the M8 threaded hole drilling machine.
When I startedwriting the thesis, I looked at a lot of information. How did the positioning fixturework? How to clamp the parts? I have checked all the professional knowledge. In addition,what is the status of the fixture industry? They have been carefully read. The main thingswritten in the thesis are: analyzing the structure of the parts,what form the parts are used in production, drawing the drawings of the products, and the blank drawings, and then calculating the data for each step of the production. The amount of use during cutting is fixed, the production process card iswritten, the production process card is alsowritten, the positioning method at the time of production, and the clamping method are determined, and the positioned parts are also clamped. The components are all determined, the deviation during the positioning is analyzed, the assembly drawings of the fixture, and the detailed parts drawings are drawn; the design specification iswritten to summarize the design.
