摘要
本通过对托架进行分析,在给定的生产条件下,总结实际生产经验和科学分析的基础上,由多个加工工艺方案优选制定出加工工艺过程。工艺规程是指导生产的重要技术文件,实际生产必须按照工艺规程规定的加工方法和加工顺序进行。制定工艺规程应在一定的生产条件下,以最少的劳动量和最低的生产成本,在规定的期间内,可靠地加工出符合图样及技术要求的零件。
在编制零件的工艺规程时,提出了相应的夹具,量具和刀具设计任务书。根据任务书进行夹具的结构设计。确定夹具的结构方案中,在定位、夹紧、对定等各个部分的结构以及总体布局等方面的几个不同方案中,经过分析比较,确定合理的方案,最后绘制出夹具总图。就像上述的设计方法,我同样设计了量具和刀具。

Abstract
The graduation thesis analyze to the trestle,seltting at the given production condition,on the summing up the actual production experience and science analysis base,be processed by many the craft optimization establish to process planning.The rules of the craft is the important technique which guide the produce document, the actual production must rule according to the craft gage distance of process the method and process the in proper order progress. The parts that establishment craft gage distance is at the request of under certainly of the production condition, with at least of labor quantisty and minimum production cost, in the prescriptive the inside of term, process to match drawing and techniques dependablely.
At the craft gage distance of the establishment parts hour, put forward the homologous fixture,gauge and tool design mission book. Proceed the construction design of the fixture according to the mission book. The construction project inside of the certain fixture, in position, clip tightly, to a few and different project that settle a partial construction and total layout etc., compare through analysis, make sure the reasonable project, draw the fixture general drawing finally. As mentioned above, I also designed rule and knife.
