直齿圆柱高精度齿轮的加工工艺及夹具设计
摘要
夹具是零件加工中必不可少的装置。夹具利用率高,经济性好,对功能组件的使用和数量少。随着零件种类、外形及尺寸的种类越来越多,设计一套专用夹具非常有必要。
本次设计的主要内容是直齿圆柱高精度齿轮的加工工艺及夹具设计。设计之初查阅相关数据及国内外关于机床夹具的文献,在分析零件图的同时对零件的结构和工艺进行分析,明确粗基准和精基准的选择,确定零件的加工余量与毛坯的尺寸、从而确定零件的加工工艺过程、计算各工序的切削用量及工时。
结合任务书决定设计插削22JS9键槽专用夹具。本次夹具设计的主要内容有:定位方案、定位元件的选择与确定;夹紧方案、夹紧元件的选择与确定;夹具体的设计与确定;切削力的计算;夹具定位误差的分析等。最后,通过CAD绘图零件完成零件图、毛坯图、夹具装配图、夹具体图的绘制。
本次设计的夹具其结构简单、操作便捷、生产率高,为实际的生产提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract

As the types, shapes and sizes of parts are more and more, it is necessary to design a set of special fixture.
The main content of this design is the processing technology and fixture design of high precision gearwith straight tooth cylinder. At the beginning of design and consulting related data at home and abroad on the fixture of literature, structure and process of parts in parts of the analysis and analysis, clear coarse and fine reference base selection, determination of machining allowance and blank parts size, so as to determine the parts processing process, cutting parameters and the calculation of the process time the.
In combinationwith the task book, a special fixture for the design of 22JS9 keyway is designed. The main contents of this fixture design include location scheme, selection and determination of positioning elements, clamping scheme and selection and determination of clamping elements, specific design and determination of clips, calculation of cutting force and analysis of fixture location errors. Finally, the drawing of the parts drawing, the blank drawing, the fixture assembly drawing and the specific drawing are completed through the CAD drawing parts.
The fixture designed in this paper is simple in structure, convenient in operation and high in productivity,which provides a certain theoretical basis for actual production.
