4三维零件图
摘要
本次毕设的内容是扇形块加工工艺设计,夹具设计及三维建模。其设计涉及到机械制造工艺及机床夹具设计、金属切削机床、公差配合与测量等多方面的知识。该零件是机构上面一个重要的附件,因为其外形类似扇面,故取名扇形块。其作用是为机器的正常运转提供保障,实现相应的运动。该零件的材料是45钢,该材料综合性能比较好。设计内容含零件加工的工艺设计以及专用夹具的设计。
工艺设计的内容有完成零件结构的分析,设计了2种加工零件的方法,选择了比较合适的一条,填写工艺卡。选择了零件的加工基准,选取了加工余量,计算出了相应的切削数据,填写了工序卡,完成了零件图还有毛坯图。
专用夹具的主要内容有:根据工序图上面的定位和夹紧简图,设计钻3-Ф8孔钻床专用夹具,采用的机床是Z4006A台式钻床。设计了定位和夹紧方案,选择了定位和夹紧元件。选择标准件钻套等等。最后,完成三维实体建模,夹具装配图还有所有非标零件图的绘制,编写了设计说明书等。

Abstract
The content of this design is the machining process design of the segment, fixture design and 3D modeling. Its design involves awide range of knowledge in mechanical manufacturing processes and machine tool fixture design, metal cutting machine tools, tolerances and measurements. This part is an important accessory on the mechanism. Because it has a shape similar to a fan, it is named a fan. Its role is to provide guarantee for the normal operation of the machine and achieve the corresponding movement. The material of the part is 45 steel, and the material has better comprehensive performance. The design content includes the process design of the part processing and the design of the special fixture.
The content of the process design has the analysis of the completed part structure, and the two methods of processing the parts are designed. A more suitable one is selected and the process card is filled out. The machining reference of the partwas selected, the machining allowancewas selected, the corresponding cutting datawas calculated, the operation cardwas filled out, and the part drawing and the blank drawingwere completed.
The main contents of the special fixture are: according to the positioning and clamping diagram above the process diagram, the special fixture for drilling 3-Ф8 hole drilling machine is designed. The machine tool used is Z4006A bench drilling machine. The positioning and clamping schemewas designed and the positioning and clamping elementswere selected. Choose standard drill sleeves and more. Finally, complete 3D solid modeling, fixture assembly drawings and drawing of all non-standard parts drawings, and design specifications.
