112-369零件机械加工工艺编制及夹具设计
摘要
伴随制造业的飞速发展,夹具的设计及制作也迎来了其发展的春天。夹具是零件加工的夹紧装置,是加工零件的一种必不可少的装置。夹具利用率高,经济性好,对功能组件的使用和数量少。在设计专用夹具时要考虑工件的定位方案,工件的夹紧方案和设计夹紧机构,夹具的其他组成部分,夹具的结构形式等。
本次设计的题目是112-369零件机械加工工艺编制及夹具设计。由于该零件需要大批量生产,所以设计专用夹具,保证零件的加工质量。本次设计针对加工4-M4深10螺纹孔设计了一套钻床夹具。设计之初通过对零件图的分析,完成零件的三维建模、零件图和毛坯图的绘制;对零件的加工工艺过程卡及其工序卡进行了编制,确定了切削用量等等内容,装配图及夹具体零件图等。
本次设计的专用夹具利用率高,经济性好,使用元件的功能强并且数量少,配套费用低,降低了生产成本;采用夹紧装置,缩短停机时间,提高生产效率。通过本次设计在达到教学要求的同时,为以后的学习和工作夯实了基矗

Abstract
With the rapid development of manufacturing, fixture design and production also ushered in the development of the spring. In the design of special fixture to consider theworkpiece positioning program, theworkpiece clamping program and design clamping mechanism, the other components of the fixture, fixture structure and so on.
The design of the title is 112-369 parts of the mechanical processing technology and fixture design. As the parts need to mass production, so the design of special fixtures to ensure the quality of parts processing. This design is designed for processing 4-M4 deep 10 threaded hole designed a set of drilling fixture. At the beginning of the design, the three-dimensional modeling of the parts, the drawing of the parts and the drawing of the blanks are carried out through the analysis of the parts drawing.
