摘要
在经济飞速向前的当下,制造业快速发展的今天。非标零件的尺寸、结构也千变万化。以往设计的通用夹具,越来越多的面临淘汰。所以专用夹具的设计与生产越来越广泛。专用夹具的研究其主要内容有定位方案、夹紧方案的确定,定位元件、夹紧元件的选择等。
本次设计的题目是支撑座的加工工艺及夹具设计。研究的对象是支撑座。设计内容包括2个方面:1、工艺分析;2、钻零件主视图4-M4均布贯穿螺纹孔钻床专用夹具设计。支撑座是传动装置中重要的支承零件。支承回转或者其他工作元件,传递相应的转速、运动和动力。
工艺设计的内容有完成零件结构的分析,设计了2种加工零件的方法,选择了比较合适的一条,填写工艺卡。选择了零件的加工基准,选取了加工余量,计算出了相应的切削数据,填写了工序卡,完成了零件图还有毛坯图。
专用夹具的主要内容有:根据工序图上面的定位和夹紧简图,设计钻零件主视图4-M4均布贯穿螺纹孔钻床专用夹具,采用的机床是Z3040摇臂钻床。设计了定位和夹紧方案,选择了定位和夹紧元件。选择标准件钻套等等。最后,完成了装配图还有所有非标零件图的绘制,编写了设计说明书等。

Abstract
In the current fast-moving economy, the manufacturing industry is developing rapidly today. The size and structure of non-standard parts are also ever-changing. More and more common fixtures designed in the past are facing elimination. Therefore, the design and production of special fixtures is more and more extensive. The main contents of the research of special fixtures include positioning scheme, determination of clamping scheme, selection of positioning components and clamping components.
The title of this design is the processing technology and fixture design of the support base. The object of the study is the support base. The design content includes two aspects: 1. Process analysis; 2. The main part of the drill part is 4-M4 uniform cloth through the threaded hole drilling machine special fixture design. The support base is an important support component in the transmission. Supports swivel or otherworking elements that deliver the corresponding speed, motion and power.
The content of the process design has the analysis of the completed part structure, and the two methods of processing the parts are designed. A more suitable one is selected and the process card is filled out. The machining reference of the partwas selected, the machining allowancewas selected, the corresponding cutting datawas calculated, the operation cardwas filled out, and the part drawing and the blank drawingwere completed.
The main contents of the special fixture are: according to the positioning and clamping diagram above the process diagram, the main part of the drilled part is designed to be 4-M4 uniform through the threaded hole drilling machine. The machine tool used is the Z3040 radial drilling machine. The positioning and clamping schemewas designedwith the positioning and clamping elements selected. Choose standard drill sleeves and more. Finally, the assembly drawing and the drawing of all non-standard parts drawingswere completed, and the design specificationswerewritten.
