摘要
塑料成型工艺设计与模具设计是模具设计师、模具制造工等职业工种的基本要求,是模具行业高技能人才必须掌握的技能,也是高职模具设计与制造专业最为重要的专业核心课程之一。现在社会上模具的应用非常广泛,身边需要使用模具做出来的东西非常多,由此可见,模具在现在社会上占着很重要的位置,模具的设计则是为了能更好制造模具。塑料,与我们周围无处不在。在国民经济的发展中,塑料产品几乎涉及了所有的领域,在航空航天、交通运输、邮电通信、仪器仪表、家用电器等行业中塑料更是必不可少的材料。而塑料产品的制造需要大量的模具对其进行成型。我设计的塑件是水杯杯盖,根据水杯杯盖塑件的要求,了解塑件的用途,分析塑件的工艺性、尺寸精度等技术要求,考虑塑件制件尺寸。本模具采用一模四腔,侧浇口进料,注射机采用XS-ZY-125型号,设置冷却系统,CAD和绘制二维总装图和零件图,选择模具合理的加工方法。附上说明书,系统地运用简要的文字,简明的示意图和和计算等分析塑件,从而作出合理的注塑模具设计。

Abstract
Plastic forming process design and die design are the basic requirements of die designer and die manufacturer. They are the skills that must be mastered by high-skilled talents in die industry. They are also one of the most important core professional courses in die design and manufacturing specialty in Higher Vocational colleges. Nowadays, the application of dies is very extensive in society. There are many things that need to be made by dies. It can be seen that dies play an important role in society. The design of dies is to make dies better. Plastics are everywhere with us. In the development of national economy, plastic products cover almost all fields. Plastics are indispensable materials in aerospace, transportation, posts and telecommunications, instrumentation, household appliances and other industries. The manufacture of plastic products requires a large number of moulds to shape them. The plastic part I designed is the cup cap. According to the requirements of the cup cap plastic parts, understand the use of the plastic parts, analyze the technical requirements of the plastic parts, such as workmanship, dimensional accuracy, and consider the size of the plastic parts. This mold adopts a mold four cavity, the side gate feed, the injection machine uses the XS-ZY-125 model, sets the cooling system, CAD and draws the two-dimensional assembly plan and the part drawing, chooses the mold reasonable processing method. Attached is an instruction book, which systematically uses simple words, simple sketches and calculations to analyze plastic parts, so as to make a reasonable design of injection moulds.
