充电器外盖逆向设计及增材制造
[摘要]这篇主要介绍的是对充电器外盖的逆向设计及增材制造的过程。通过学习逆向设计和增材制造的原理以及流程,了解到其主要目的是对产品实物模型来进行修补,改良和创新。本设计过程先通过对充电器外盖实物模型进行手动测量,采集得到原始数据,然后使用Solidworks建模软件进行三维建模,在建模的过程中对充电器外盖模型进行分析、修改最终得到理想的三维模型。依据三维模型数据,通过3D打印(增材制造)将充电器外盖各零件打印组装。在设计过程中,运用在校学习的机械制图、机械设计及Solidworks相关软件等知识。

Reverse Design and material addition Manufacturing of Charger external cover
[Abstract]This paper mainly introduces the reverse design of charger outer cover and the process of material addition manufacturing. By learning the principle and process of reverse design and material addition manufacturing, it is understood that its main purpose is to repair, improve and innovate the product physical model. In this design process, the physical model of the charger outer cover is measured manually, and the original data is collected, and then the three-dimensional modeling is carried out by using Solidworks modeling software, and the charger outer cover model is analyzed in the process of modeling. Finally, the ideal three-dimensional model is obtained by modifying it. According to the 3D model data, the outer cover of the charger is printed (manufactured by adding material) by 3D printing. Print and assemble each part. In the design process, the use of mechanical drawing, mechanical design and Solidworks related software.
