大阳摩托车尾灯罩注塑模具的设计
摘要
这次设计首先我们要了解自己的课题——模具。这个课题范围很广,而我的课题锁定在模具其中一个分支,注塑模具。从字面意思就可以看出,注入塑料的模具,所以我们要设计一个容器可以装载塑料并且最后能得到我们想要的形状;然后通过一些途径,比如去图书馆借书,在互联网上查阅有关注塑模具的书籍,,期刊等等,从这些途径中我知道了注塑模,也就是注射模,因为他需要配合注塑机注射材料来完成整个工件的完成,先了解设计模型要的装备和它的材料,再去考虑怎么去做它,做成什么样子,做成理想中的样子还需要什么。在整个模式定下来之后,产品已经有了个大概的雏形,这时候就要考虑怎么为这个雏形添加羽翼,让它看起来漂亮;给它加高要求,让它表现得更加完美。最后我们需要看他能不能用,一件不能用的产品要他干嘛,所以我们在最后还要比对标准的参数,看看设计的东西有什么缺陷。
我的课题是做摩托车车尾灯罩的,像灯罩,车轮子,车门这些东西,他们都是一对一对出现的,这时候我就想为了方便能不能花一次功夫就做好两件产品——一模两腔结构,通过互联网和书籍的力量,我获得了一些相关的知识,它引导了我这一设计的实现方法。

Abstract
This graduation design first of all we have to understand their own issues - mold. This topic is very broad, and my topic is locked in one of the branches of the mold, injection mold. In the end we need to see if he can use it, what a product he can't use is what he wants, so in the end we have to compare the standard parameters and see what's wrong with the design.
My subject is to do motorcycle rear lampshades, such as lampshades, wheels, doors and other things, they are all a pair of appearances, and at this time I just want to be able to spend two hours to make two products - A two-cavity structure, through the power of the Internet and books, I gained some related knowledge, which led me to realize this design.
