摘要
本次课程设计主要工作是设计偏心轴的加工工艺规程,特定工序的设计,以及偏心轴专用夹具的设计,以上工作的意义在于熟悉工件的加工过程,并给定该加工过程的方法、使用工具和加工顺序等,通过实际操作,熟悉零件加工过程,并锻炼拥有自主设计的能力,同时也对特定工序进行设计,能够加强对工序的了解和掌握基本设计工序的能力,之后就是偏心轴夹具的设计,设计时需要掌握六点定位原理,首先对偏心轴进行定位,在保证了六个自由度被限制之后要进行加紧装置的设计以及夹紧力的计算,夹具体的设计等等,通过以上过程,可以加深对六点定位原理的认识,以及其他细节性的东西的全方面的了解。
