摘要
在本次课程设计我设计的是遥杆的机械加工工艺规程及钻Ф10孔的装备设计
意义:有利于基础知识的理解,有利于逻辑思维的锻炼,有利于与其他学科的整合,有利于治学态度的培养。
目的:让我更深入了解摇杆零件加工工艺及钻床夹具设计是包括零件加工的工艺设计、工序设计以及专用夹具的设计三部分有了更充分的了解。
方法:在工艺设计中要首先对零件进行分析,了解零件的工艺再设计出毛坯的结构,并选择好零件加工基准,设计出零件的工艺路线;接着对零件各个工步的工序进行尺寸计算。
结果:设计出夹具的各个组成部件,如定位元件、夹紧元件,引导元件,夹具体与机床的连接部件以及其它部件;计算出夹具定位时产生的定位误差,分析夹具结构的合理性与不足之处,并在以后设计中注意改进。
结论:这次课程设计对我影响很大,课程设计不仅让我学习了分析零件同时也让我对CAD等画图软件更加熟练掌握,虽然设计过程让我很痛苦但我觉得他对受益良多。

Methods:?in?the?process?design,?we?should?first?analyze?the?parts,?understand?the?process?of?the?parts?and?then?design?the?structure?of?the?blank,?and?choose?the?processing?standard?of?the?parts,?and?design?the?process?route?of?the?parts;?Then?the?parts?of?each?step?of?the?process?size?calculation.
Results:?design?each?component?of?the?fixture,?such?as?positioning?element,?clamping?element,?guiding?element,?clamping?concrete?and?machine?tool?connecting?parts?and?other?parts;?Calculate?the?positioning?error?caused?by?fixture?positioning,?analyze?the?rationality?and?deficiency?of?fixture?structure,?and?pay?attention?to?the?improvement?in?the?future?design.
Conclusion:?this?course?design?has?a?great?influence?on?me.?The?course?design?not?only?enables?me?to?learn?the?analysis?parts,?but?also?enables?me?t
