摘要
上世纪90年代初,我国草坪业处于起步阶段,经过近20年的发展,草坪业已经作为重要的产业带动着经济、社会的高速发展。草坪的繁殖、建植、维护技术日渐成熟,同时也面临着一系列亟待解决的问题。
草坪业的快速发展带动了国内草坪机械的应用,用于根茎采集的草坪根茎采集机的研制,实现了草坪根茎的机械化采集,促进了根茎直播法的推广,节约了土地资源,提高了草坪养护的效益,为采集草坪种源、规模化的草坪建植提供重要保证,可扭转优良无籽草坪进口品种垄断国内市场的现状,应用前景广阔。
本文分析了根茎采集在植草中的作用,通过参照对比各种草坪机械的底盘,研究设计了草坪根茎采集收获机的自走底盘。本文主要涉及自走驱动轮的零部件及机架的设计。为了考虑到经济性和实用性在设计中采用了滚筒式的驱动轮和无梁式机架,并且通过校核验证满足了技术上的要求。

ABSTRACT
In the early 90 century, course of study of our country lawn at the initial stage, after nearly 20 years of development, the lawn industry as an important industry has led the economic, social development. Turf breeding, planting, maintenance and technology maturity, while also facing a series of problems that solve urgently.

For the sake of in design the roller type drivers a request for with have to no beam type machine , and by checking the certificate satisfied the technique the top .
