首先根据功能和特征的分析对立体车库的总体方案进行了设计,确定了立体车库的系统构成,针对立体车库存取车的工作流程确定了立体车库的运行原理。
立体车库机械结构的设计,主要包括钢结构、受力承重结构、载车板设计,接着对立体车库的运输结构进行了设计,完成了立体车库的动力运转。
立体车库的电控部分是通过对立体车库的功能模块进行分析,结合硬件和程序控制,实现了通过用户的指令,结合传感器的信号检测,对立体车库的操控进行自动控制,实现自动化的存取车操作。
通过以上部分的设计,实现了立体车库的自动存取车功能,达到了预期的效果和目的。对立体车库的发展和研究有一定的引导作用,具有十分积极的意义。

Abstract
First of all, according to the analysis of functions and characteristics, the overall scheme of the three-dimensional garage is designed, the system composition of the three-dimensional garage is determined, and the operation principle of the three-dimensional garage is determined according to thework flow of the storage and access car of the three-dimensional garage.
The design of the mechanical structure of the three-dimensional garage mainly includes the steel knot structure, the load-bearing structure, and the design of thevehicle carrying plate. Then, the transportation structure of the three-dimensional garage is designed to complete the dynamic operation of the three-dimensional garage.
The electronic control part of the three-dimensional garage realizes the automatic control of the operation of the three-dimensional garage through the analysis of the functional modules of the three-dimensional garage, the combination of hardware and program control, and the instruction of a user and the signal detection of a sensor, thus realizing the automaticvehicle access operation.
Through the design of the above part, the function of automatic accessvehicle of the three-dimensional garage is realized, and the expected effect and purpose are achieved.
