A封罐机总装配图
摘要
本文是针对金属圆形罐头的密封机构的设计。本次设计的目的是降低人工成本,提高密封质量,增加罐头产量。
此结构主要由两个齿轮和两个凸轮控制卷边滚子做周旋转和封罐的离合。电机带动皮带轮,皮带轮带动中间轴旋转,中间轴上有两个齿数不同的齿轮,与之啮合的齿轮带到导杆运动,导杆上端沿着凸轮槽运动,导杆下端上连接卷边滚轮,滚轮做密封操作。
本文对封罐机的结构做了设计及分析,设计出一套可行的方案并进行相关计算,其中包括卷边滚轮设计,凸轮轮廓设计,齿轮设计计算等,使用制图软件画出相应的工程图,本文使用Proe5.0和CAXA cad电子图版对其进行绘图,能够清楚的展现立体和平面结构。

Abstract
This paper is aimed at the design of sealing mechanism for metal round cans. The purpose of this design is to reduce labor costs, improve sealing quality and increase the output of cans.
This structure mainly consists of two gears and two cams to control the rollers to rotate and seal the tube. The motor drives the pulley, the pulley drives the middle shaft to rotate. There are two gearswith different teeth on the middle shaft. The gears meshingwith the pulley move to the guide rod. The upper end of the guide rod moves along the cam groove. The lower end of the guide rod is connectedwith the rollers, and the rollers are sealed.
This paper designs and analyses the structure of the tank sealing machine, designs a set of feasible schemes and carries out relevant calculation, including the design of rollers, cam contour, tooth number design and so on. The corresponding engineering drawings are drawn by using the drawing software. This paper draws them by using Pro 5.0 and CAXA CAD electronic plate,which can clearly show the three-dimensional and plane structure.
