摘要:本本着节省材料、成本低廉、安全简易、效率高的原则,立足于短行程简易升降机的设计与研制,完成的基本工作如下:通过对国内外技术调查取样分析,为装置关键部件和试验研究等层面提供了性能依据,在经过理论的指导合理的设计出机械装置的结构,主要设计包括有齿轮传动,结构设计等,通过对各工作部件的设计,试制出机械装置并进行模拟试验,以求得最佳试验性能参数,进而对短行程简易升降机的性能作出优化设计。在对短行程简易升降机理论进行归纳总结基础上,把安全简易理论运用到本课题的研究中。从而达到简单易行,安全可靠,制造方便,成本低的设计目的。

Abstract: Based on the principle of saving materials, low cost, safe and simple, and high efficiency, this paper is based on the design and development of short-stroke simple lifts. The basicwork is as follows: through the sampling and analysis of domestic and foreign technical investigations, the key components and tests of the equipment. The research and other aspects provide the performance basis. After the theoretical guidance, the structure of the mechanical device is designed reasonably. The main design includes gear transmission, structural design, etc. Through the design of eachworking component, the mechanical device is tested and simulated. In order to obtain the best test performance parameters, the performance of the short stroke simple lift is optimized. Based on the summary of the short-stroke simple lift theory, the safety simple theory is applied to the research of this topic. Thus, it is simple, easy, safe, reliable, easy to manufacture, and low in cost.
