垃圾破碎机的设计
摘要
垃圾煤是以城市生活垃圾为主要原料,经过传送、破碎、干燥、燃烧反应、添加助燃剂和成型等工序而成的工业燃料,它具有垃圾处理和生产工业用煤制品两种功效。其中破碎是工序中的一个重要环节,而垃圾破碎机是一种实现垃圾破碎功能的专用环保设备。
本文根据桂林某企业生活垃圾煤生产线中破碎机的工作要求,设计出一种可行的破碎机结构,满足强度和寿命要求。主要工作如下:进行破碎机的结构方案论证,绘制破碎机部件的机构装配图,用三维软件Solidworks对部件进行三维建模,并进行有关理论分析和计算。分析动力要求,选择原动机,编制关键零件的加工工艺卡。

Abstract
Garbage coal is a kind of industrial fuelwhich is made from urban living garbage by the processes of transmission, breaking, drying, burning reaction, adding accelerant and forming. It has the function of both municipal garbage disposal and the production of industrial coal products. At the processes, the breaking is a important link, and Garbage crusher is a special environmental protection equipment that can realize the garbage crushing function.
This paper according to the crusherwork requirement of a guilin enterprise of in coal production line, designs a feasible crusher structure, that can meet the strength and useful life. The mainwork as follows,the demonstration of crusher structure project, and drawing the assembly of crusher institutions, for the parts 3 d modelingwith 3 d software SolidWorks,and
for the theoretical analysis and calculation.On thework power requirements,choose the mover, preparing the card of the processing technology of key parts.
