夹具结构
摘要
机械制造工艺学等设计内容,包含了很多知识的内容,进行了生产实习之后,所进行的一个重要实践性教学环节。其主要目的是让学生不所学的工艺理论和实践知识在实践的工艺,夹具设计中综合地加以应用,进而得以加深和发展,提高学生分析和解决生产实际问题的能力,为以后搞好设计和从事工作奠定了一定基矗通过本次设计,我们在下述方面可以得刀很多方面的铸炼:
在设计的过程中,可以能熟练的运用一些绘制图纸的软件的能力,也可以回顾大学学习的基础性的东西,把一些学的用到现在的加工工艺上,通过发动机缸体的夹具设计工艺,可以进一步提高了我对于继续加工生产的了解,结构设计能力有所增强,进一步提高我们的计算设计制图能力,学到更多现实中的东西。
本次的设计主要是针对基于SolidWorks的发动机缸体的结构设计和加工工艺的夹具设计,在设计中,由于理论知识和实践经验不足,设计中的不妥之处,敬请老师批评指正。

Abstract
The design content of the course of mechanical manufacturing technology includes a lot of knowledge. After the production practice, it is an important practical teaching link. Its main purpose is to enable students not to learn the process theory and practical knowledge in the practical process, fixture design to be applied comprehensively, and then to deepen and develop, improve students'ability to analyze and solve practical problems in production, lay a certain foundation for future graduation design andwork. Through this course design,we can get a lot of training in the following aspects:
In the process of design,we can skillfully use some drawing software ability,we can also review the basic things of University study, apply some knowledge to the current processing technology, through the fixture design process of flange,we can further improve my understanding of continuous processing and production, enhance the ability of structural design, and further improve our design. Computing and designing drawing ability, learn more real things.
This design is mainly aimed at the structure design and the fixture design of the engine cylinder block based on SolidWorks.In the design, due to insufficient theoretical knowledge and practical experience, inadequacies in the design, please teachers criticize and correct.
