分离机

摘要
本次设计的是叶茎分离器,主要进行叶茎分离器的结构形式的设计,包括对入料机构的设计,滚筒结构的设计,传动方式的选择,分离装置的结构分析和设计。
在中草药和农业分离机械上种植的叶茎植物在分离叶和茎的过程中,为了更好的达到分离的效果,使得叶茎不混合在一起,在人工进行分离的情况下是比较麻烦的,所以在设计叶茎分离机的时候根据现有的市场的需要,设计一个可以很好的分离叶茎的设备,实现对叶和茎进行分离,增加的中草药和农业分离机械上叶茎类的分类效率,在中草药和农业分离机械上种植叶茎植物在分离叶和茎中,就必须对进行有效的分离和处理。所以在叶和茎分离后的处理中,对于叶和茎的分类是一个比较麻烦的事情,在人工的处理下还容易造成受伤的情况。本次设计的叶茎植物分离机,即可更高的地完成对的分离,实现中草药和农业分离机械上叶茎类植物上的先进的分类的一种方法。现在市场上的一些不一样的分离机,在不同的结构中都有一些劣势,都有可以改进的地方,就像有些分离不了大型的叶和茎,还有就是叶和茎的质量过重等情况下,无法进行正常的分离的特点,会给人们的工作造成劳动强度非常较大等不足之处的存在。本次的设计叶茎植物分离机,主要根据现有的分离机的了解,设计适合于现在分离需求的设备,实现与机械分离机构的一个很好的连接。

Abstract
This design is the leaf stem separator, mainly for the structural design of the leaf stem separator, including the design of the feeding mechanism, the design of the drum structure, the selection of the transmission mode, the structural analysis and design of the separation device.
In the process of separating leaves and stems, leaf stem plants planted on Chinese herbal medicine and agricultural separation machinery are difficult to separate manually in order to achieve better separation effect and make the leaves and stems not mixed together. Therefore,when designing leaf stem separator, according to the needs of the existing market, a good device for separating leaves and stems is designed to achieve the goal of The separation of leaves and stems can increase the classification efficiency of leaf and stem on Chinese herbal medicine and agricultural separation machinery. When planting leaf and stem on Chinese herbal medicine and agricultural separation machinery, effective separation and treatment must be carried out. Therefore, in the treatment of the separation of leaves and stems, the classification of leaves and stems is a more troublesome thing, and it is easy to cause injuries under the artificial treatment. The leaf stem plant separator designed in this paper can complete the separation higher and realize an advanced classification method of leaf stem plants on Chinese herbal medicine and agricultural separation machinery. At present, some different separators in the market have some disadvantages in different structures and can be improved. For example, some separators cannot separate large leaves and stems. In addition,when the quality of leaves and stems is too heavy, they cannot separate normally,whichwill cause great labor intensity and other shortcomings for people'swork. This design of leaf and stem plant separator, mainly based on the understanding of the existing separator, designed equipment suitable for the current separation needs, to achieve a good connectionwith the mechanical separation mechanism.
